Marina & Boater Platform/Marine

Marina management software with a boater app and fuel ordering.

A multisided marine platform for Europe: marinas run their operations, boaters book berths and order fuel from their phone, suppliers quote and deliver, and field technicians complete the job on site, all on one request.

02Challenge

A port call involves a captain, a yacht manager, a supplier and a marina, each with their own inbox.

A single port call touches a boat owner or captain, a yacht management company, a fuel supplier, the marina and sometimes the port authority. Each kept their own inbox and spreadsheet, so requests, quotes, approvals and payments got lost between them.

The platform had to serve all of them with the right permissions, take payments across several providers, work in four languages and meet GDPR from the cookie banner to data export requests.

What we built.

One request carries the job from the first ask to the final invoice. The platform covers berth booking, fuel ordering and delivery, marina operations, payments and a community for boaters: four web portals from one codebase plus apps for boaters and field technicians.
  1. 01Marina portalFacility and asset management, amenity and concierge bookings with calendar and QR check in, maintenance, walk ins, pricing, promotions, invoices and finance. One of four portals built from a single codebase.
  2. 02Boater platformA public berth booking site and a Flutter app for owners and captains: explore marinas, reserve berths, order fuel, manage subscriptions and wallet payments, chat and get notifications.
  3. 03Fuel ordering and deliveryFuel request → quote → port authority approval → payment → delivery → settlement, by truck or at a pump station with booked slots, QR handover and reconciliation in the technician app.
  4. 04Payments and complianceStripe and a wallet provider with KYC, disputes and subscriptions; GDPR consent, data export and erasure across five apps; branded multilingual emails verified across every template and language.

05FAQ4 questions

Questions we get about it.

What does marina management software include?

Typically berth availability and booking, customer and boat records, amenity and service bookings, maintenance, invoicing and payments. This platform adds fuel ordering and delivery, a boater app and a technician app on top.

Can boaters book berths and order fuel from a mobile app?

Yes. The boater app lets owners and captains reserve berths, order fuel, pay and follow each request, with push notifications and chat.

Which payment methods does the platform support?

Card payments through Stripe (including card guarantees and prepayment), a wallet provider with KYC and direct debit, subscriptions and in app purchases.

Can you build a booking or operations platform for our industry?

Yes. Multiportal platforms with booking, payments, mobile apps and field workflows are what we build and run. Tell us how your operation works today.
