SaaS Development
SaaS platforms built to sell: many customers, one codebase, AI built in.
NebelTech builds and runs multitenant SaaS platforms: tenant isolation, roles, subscriptions and Stripe billing, client portals, integrations, cloud hosting and AI features, from the first version to scaling and support.
Fig. 01 · SaaS Development
We design, build and run SaaS products end to end: multitenant architecture with strict data isolation, roles and permissions per customer, subscriptions and payments, client portals, integrations and the cloud it runs on. We add AI where it earns its place, from AI agents and RAG assistants to document intelligence, with guardrails from day one.

Sound familiar?
- 01
An idea that has to become a product
You know the problem your customers have. You need a team that turns it into a SaaS product people pay for, and keeps it running.
- 02
One customer's data in another's view
Multitenancy bolted on later is risky. Isolation, roles and per tenant settings have to be designed in, and enforced everywhere.
- 03
Billing, plans and portals eat the roadmap
Subscriptions, invoices, payments to the right account and client portals take months if you build them from scratch every time.
What’s included.
- 01Multitenant architectureTenant aware data model, fail closed isolation checks, per tenant settings and roles, so customers only ever see their own data.
- 02Subscriptions & paymentsPlans, credits, invoices and payments with Stripe, including Stripe Connect for platforms that collect payments on behalf of their customers.
- 03Client & partner portalsSeparate portals for your customers' clients or partners, with their own sign in, documents, requests and payments.
- 04AI inside the productDocument intake, grounded summaries, Q&A and assistants built into the workflow, with sources shown and a person confirming.
- 05IntegrationsEmail, calendars (Google, Outlook, Apple), file storage, payment providers and the other tools your customers already use.
- 06Cloud, DevOps & supportHosting on AWS, CI/CD, monitoring and on call support, so the product keeps running while it grows.

Common questions.
What is a multitenant SaaS platform?
One application and codebase that serves many customers (tenants). Each tenant has its own users, data, settings and billing, and can never see another tenant's data.
Have you built SaaS products before?
Yes. Our engineers work on PerfectLien, a multitenant construction lien SaaS with a client portal, Stripe Connect billing and six AI features, and on a marina platform that runs four web portals from one codebase with subscriptions and wallet payments.
How do you handle subscriptions and payments?
Usually with Stripe: plans, credits, invoices, webhooks and reconciliation, and Stripe Connect when the platform collects payments for its own customers. Other providers can be added where needed.
Can you add AI to our SaaS product?
Yes. AI document intake, summaries, Q&A and assistants can be built into an existing SaaS, with the source of every answer shown and a person confirming before anything is saved.
Can you take over and improve an existing SaaS?
Yes. We start with a technical review, fix what's risky first, then keep shipping new features and run it in production.
